This Stud Contract (“Agreement”) is made on [Date], between Aoife Haus Police K9 LLC (“Seller”), and [Breeder], for the use of a AKC or SV Registered German Shepherd Dog (“Stud Dog”).

1. Stud Fee and Payment: The Stud Fee for the use of the Stud Dog shall be [$1000.00], and shall be paid in full by [Cash or Card] upon signing this Agreement.

2. Breeding Terms: The Breeder agrees to use the Stud Dog only for breeding with AKC registered female dogs that are of good health and sound temperament. The Breeder shall provide proof of AKC registration and health records of the female dog prior to breeding. The Breeder shall also ensure that all offspring resulting from the breeding are registered with the AKC.

3. Ownership: The Stud Dog shall remain the property of the Seller at all times.

4. Health and Care: The Breeder shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of the Stud Dog during the term of this Agreement. The Breeder shall ensure that the Stud Dog is kept in a healthy and safe environment and shall provide all necessary medical care.

5. Guarantee: The Seller guarantees that the Stud Dog is free of any genetic defects or health issues that would prevent it from producing offspring of good health and sound temperament.

6. Limitations: The Breeder shall not use the Stud Dog for any illegal or unethical activities, nor shall the Breeder transfer ownership or possession of the Stud Dog to any third party.
