PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT K9 FROM AOIFE HAUS POLICE K9 LLC

This Purchase Contract (“Agreement”) is made on [Date], between Aoife Haus Police K9 LLC (“Seller”) and [Buyer], for the purchase of a Law Enforcement K9 (“Dog”).

1. Purchase Price and Payment: The purchase price for the Dog is [Amount] and shall be paid in full by [Payment Method] upon signing this Agreement.

2. No Breeding Clause: The Buyer agrees that the Dog shall not be used for breeding purposes, and that any offspring resulting from breeding the Dog shall not be sold or used for law enforcement purposes and will not be registered unless previously agreed upon.

3. Guarantee of Working Ability: The Seller guarantees that the Dog shall be free of any genetic defects or health issues that would prevent the Dog from performing its duties as a law enforcement K9 for a period of three (3) working years from the date of purchase. If the Dog is found to have any such defects or health issues during this period, the Seller shall replace the Dog with a suitable replacement at no additional cost to the Buyer.

4. Care and Responsibility: The Buyer shall be responsible for the care, feeding, and maintenance of the Dog during the term of this Agreement. The Buyer shall ensure that the Dog is kept in a safe and secure environment, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent injury or harm to the Dog.

5. Transfer of Ownership: Upon payment of the purchase price, the ownership of the Dog shall be transferred to the Buyer.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State].

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
